Cinnamon rolls & reverse puff pastry veggie pizza

This time I used the lid of my Dutch oven as a baking dish to bake delicious cinnamon rolls.
The lid is ideal because it distributes the heat very well thanks to its thick walls and thus ensures a wonderfully even baking result.
In the pictures you can see the cinnamon rolls without the icing, I found the icing has distorted the result too much.
The reverse puff pastry veggie pizza

The other thing my wife and I tried is a puff pastry pizza like Jamie Oliver bakes. The vegetables are baked with olive oil, thyme, oregano and a dash of maple syrup for about 40 min at 190 degrees Celsius. Then the puff pastry is placed on top and baked for another 20 minutes. Afterwards, the pizza is turned out onto a board or a serving platter and covered with balsamic glaze and sprinkled with grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
I’m a carnivore at heart but this was really tasty.
